Daniel took over as Director of Indigo Estates from his brother in August 2021, and has been buying and selling property for 27 years, as well as working in construction for 34 years. He has developed a number of properties over the years and has always had a keen eye for creating and developing businesses, having built an electrical company that now has a staff of 28, and an AV supply company with six staff. He brings a passion for team building to his role as Director of Indigo and is enjoying seeing the team around him grow and develop.
Outside of work, he loves to spend time on the beach and is a keen paddleboarder, enjoys walking his sausage dogs Lexie and Dexter, and takes the occasional skiing holiday when work allows. A big passion is music – he has a diverse taste, but rock and indie are in his blood, and not content with merely attending live gigs, Daniel even runs his own music festival Electric Park, which welcomes several thousand music fans every summer. At home he’s in love with his garden and his kitchen and likes nothing more than knocking up a Sunday roast for family and friends.
The ethos he lives by is, “train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to leave.”
