Born and raised in Jersey, Christopher was educated at De La Salle College and has spent over a decade honing his expertise in the island’s dynamic property market. With 11 years of experience as a Sales Negotiator, he has developed a strong passion for market analysis, valuations, and keeping up with the latest sales data from the Royal Court. His keen eye for detail and in-depth understanding of market trends allow him to provide clients with accurate, well-researched valuation reports and strategic property advice.
Beyond sales, take-ons, and valuations, Christopher is also a talented property marketer, producing high-quality video content for Places Portal, our website, and social media channels. His ability to showcase homes through engaging short-form videos helps maximise exposure for sellers and attract the right buyers. Always looking to enhance his skills, he is currently working towards obtaining his drone licence, which will take his video marketing to the next level.
Outside of work, Christopher is an avid endurance athlete with an impressive record of seven marathons, including London and Los Angeles, and ten "Around the Island" walks. A dedicated cold-water sea swimmer, he embraces the challenge of winter swims and is often in the sea more during the colder months than in summer. This year, he is embarking on his most ambitious adventure yet, a trek to Everest Base Camp.
